The easiest way to describe VexFilm is as a video production company, yet this doesn’t do complete justice to the entirety of what we do. VexFilm is better described as a company that offers a complete solution to all visual needs and requirements.

VexFilm supply endless invaluable consultancy, throughout any project and even before a project is commissioned, completely free of charge, this ensures the best is achieved within the budget available. VexFilm also supply all hardware aspects, whether this is the best TV on the market, a touch screen system or even a full 3D stereoscopic cinema, and include installation and training.

Finally, and probably most importantly, VexFilm create all of the the visual material, specific to requirements and suited to the system created; examples include promotional videos, to fully animated 3D films, and even interactive games and information systems.

A description of a typical process is as follows:

1. Introductory meeting with no obligations or costs to discuss what we can do for you.

2. Secondary meeting to go into depth about your ideas so we can formulate a final proposal.

3. Proposal and Quote are prepared for the client. If the client is happy the project will be signed off and work can commence. If the client is not happy we 'go back to the proposal drawing board' and re-formulate the clients proposal and quote. This process can be repeated as often as needed until both parties are happy to proceed.

4. At this stage we do ask for a deposit to secure your project.

5. Throughout the project the client will have numerous meetings with VexFilm to see exactly what progress has been made.

6. VexFilm will work to your deadline and once the project has been completed the client will have to sign off on the final version. If the client is not happy with certain aspects Vexfilm will endeavor to meet the clients needs until they are happy to sign off and the remaining amount can be paid.
